The HPV FOCAL Study is being conducted by the BC Cancer Agency, in collaboration with about 150 Healthcare providers in Metro Vancouver and Greater Victoria. The purpose of the study is to find out if a test for the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) can enhance cervical cancer screening for women in British Columbia.
To date, over 25,000 BC women have consented to participate in the study.
