We know that the HPV vaccine can safely protect females against getting HPV disease and will prevent cervical cancer. QUEST is a study that is designed to evaluate the different HPV vaccine programmes in Canada. In the Canadian public health programmes some girls have been given 2 doses and some have been given 3.  The information from this evaluation will help researchers learn how long HPV protection will last and how well the vaccine protects girls from getting HPV disease comparing 2 doses versus 3 doses of Quadravalent HPV Vaccine.

This study will involve girls all from all across Canada. A total of 8,666 girls will be asked to join the study from British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec, Nova Scotia and PEI. Doctors from these locations have designed and will lead this study.
